Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, with required in-person offsites)

Level: Mid-level (Individual Contributor)

Salary Range: $135,320 – $159,200 + bonus, equity, and benefits

🧠 Core Responsibilities

You’ll be expected to:

• Automate IT operations and enhance identity and access management (IAM)
• Support enterprise SaaS systems (Okta, Duo, Google Workspace)
• Integrate systems to support M&A, eDiscovery, compliance, and a global remote workforce
• Own documentation across system lifecycles
• Function as a technical escalation point for IT Operations
• Use observability and telemetry to identify automation opportunities

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise IT systems at scale
• Experience with:
• Okta, Duo, Google Workspace
• Security tools: SSO, MFA, RBAC, certificate management, directory services, PAM
• Scripting: Python, Golang, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell
• APIs and version control
• Excellent communication skills and critical thinking under pressure
• Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with:
• Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Contributions to open-source or demonstrated industry thought leadership
• Mentorship of junior engineers
