🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & mentor a high-performing recruitment team
• Build and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies
• Optimize processes to drive quality hires over quantity
• Partner with execs, hiring managers, and HRBPs on workforce planning
• Own complex and senior-level searches directly
• Track and improve performance metrics like pipeline health, CSAT, and fill rate
• Drive TA projects and global hiring initiatives

✅ Requirements:

• Proven TA leadership experience in fast-paced tech/startup environments
• History of coaching recruiters to exceed hiring goals
• Experience hiring top-tier, hard-to-find talent
• Data-driven approach to tracking recruiting KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passionate about crypto and blockchain (preferred)
