🧾 Job Summary

This position partners closely with HR and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent into TikTok’s Trust & Safety organization in the APAC region. The successful candidate will bring strong recruiting experience, communication skills, and a passion for building a safe online community.

🧭 Team Overview

The Trust & Safety team ensures TikTok is a safe space for users by proactively removing harmful content using both human moderators and machine learning systems. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support this mission by hiring professionals who align with TikTok’s values and safety standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to define sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business goals
• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and research for diverse and high-caliber candidates
• Assess candidates' skills and culture fit with TikTok’s dynamic environment
• Deliver excellent candidate experiences through timely communication and professionalism
• Collaborate on initiatives to enhance recruiting operations, tools, and strategies across the Trust & Safety division

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

💼 Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience within internet/technology industry
• Exposure to Trust & Safety, cybersecurity, or policy-related functions is a plus
