• Position: Team Lead – Channel Development
• Location: Indore (On-site)
• Type: Full-time

🔹 Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard Business Partners for crypto derivatives
• Drive partner engagement and long-term retention
• Conduct product training and knowledge sessions
• Communicate updates on offerings and margin policies
• Track partner performance and brokerage revenue
• Ensure regulatory and KYC compliance
• Coordinate with ops, risk, and compliance teams
• Monitor market trends and competitive actions

🔹 Requirements

• Graduate with 4–8 years in channel/partner sales (preferably financial services)
• Deep understanding of equity, F&O, and trading platforms
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
