Job Title: Influencer Marketing - Campaign and Account Management (Team Lead)
Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role:
As the Team Lead in Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire campaign and account management process, driving the success of influencer campaigns from start to finish. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and influencers to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, delivering outstanding results while building strong, long-term relationships with key influencers in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Campaign Execution
- Design and execute tailored influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audiences.
- Develop creative and engaging campaign concepts that leverage current trends and maximize social commerce opportunities.
- Influencer Identification & Relationship Building
- Identify and establish relationships with key influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and relevant blockchain or cryptocurrency personalities to drive impactful campaigns.
- Build a strong network of influencers within the Web3 and DeFi platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Negotiate favorable terms with influencers, talent agencies, and partner brands, ensuring competitive costs that outperform competitors.
- Content Ideation & Curation
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and curate NFT and smart contract-focused content ideas that resonate with target audiences and maximize engagement.
- Ensure that the content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging guidelines, ensuring the right fit for various social media platforms.
- Campaign and Account Management (Vital for the Role)
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept creation to activation and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the in-house production team, brand, sales, and creative teams to guarantee alignment with campaign objectives.
- Budget Management
- Efficiently manage campaign budgets, optimizing costs and ensuring that the campaigns remain within budget while delivering profitable results.
- Track expenses, revenue, and performance to maintain budget integrity and achieve financial goals.
- Finance & Billing
- Collaborate closely with the finance and billing teams to ensure accurate influencer invoicing and timely talent payments.
- Manage payment schedules, reconcile budgets, and maintain detailed records of financial transactions related to influencer campaigns.
- Industry & Trend Analysis
- Stay on top of emerging trends in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and the influencer landscape.
- Monitor competitors and industry developments to proactively adjust campaigns for greater impact.
- Relationship Building with Stakeholders
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and internal teams across departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that all parties, from influencers to clients, are aligned and satisfied with the campaign execution.
- Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success, providing data-driven insights for future improvement.
- Produce detailed campaign reports and share these insights with clients, refining strategies to enhance influencer partnerships and boost future campaign effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, or campaign management, ideally with exposure to the blockchain or cryptocurrency industries.
- A creative and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of social media platforms, Web3 technologies, and emerging NFT and DeFi trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills with an eye for spotting top influencers and building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and stay within budget constraints.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless collaboration and campaign success.
