Your Purpose
As a Tech Customer Support Analyst, you will support API integrations and operations for Bitso Business customers. Your role involves:
✅ Analyzing operational data and troubleshooting technical issues.
✅ Automating manual processes and optimizing workflows.
✅ Ensuring seamless API integrations and improving system performance.
✅ Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Your insights will drive key business decisions and continuous improvement across our business platform.
What You Will Do
🔹 Manage day-to-day technical support and operations monitoring to ensure system reliability.
🔹 Assist customers with API integrations in both staging and production environments.
🔹 Work with Product and Engineering to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
🔹 Escalate and track incidents/bugs until resolution.
🔹 Troubleshoot transactional issues to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
🔹 Enhance B2B integration processes to improve accuracy and error prevention.
🔹 Support implementation of new tools, systems, and processes to streamline operations.
🔹 Provide recommendations for operational scalability and efficiency.
Who You Are
✔️ Fluent in English (written & spoken).
✔️ 2+ years of experience in Tech Customer Support or a similar role.
✔️ Knowledge of API integrations, technical documentation, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills—ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
✔️ Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
✔️ Organized, communicative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Knowledge of cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain technology is a plus!
