The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and data-driven Tech SEO Manager to spearhead the technical side of our SEO strategy. This individual will play a vital role in optimizing Crypto.com’s organic visibility across multiple markets and languages. You'll work at the intersection of development, product, and content to ensure the website is performant, discoverable, and aligned with SEO best practices globally.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Execution
• Lead and implement scalable technical SEO strategies across global sites.
• Oversee website crawlability, indexation, and structured data setup.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with developers and product teams to ensure SEO is a core part of all builds and updates.
• Support CMS/platform migrations with minimal SEO disruption.
• Site Health & Performance
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page speed scores.
• Provide diagnostics and fixes via tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and DeepCrawl.
• International SEO
• Establish a robust international SEO framework, including:
• Geo-targeting
• Language-specific tagging (hreflang)
• Country-level domain/subdirectory strategies
• Reporting & Optimization
• Run ongoing A/B testing and implement continuous improvements.
• Create SEO health dashboards and regularly present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, ideally at a global or multilingual company.
• Strong expertise in:
• International SEO
• Website architecture & structured data (JSON-LD)
• Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
• Experience managing large-scale CMS migrations or website transitions.
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs
• JavaScript SEO considerations
• Comfortable working alongside developers, designers, content teams, and marketers.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Mandarin/Cantonese) are a plus.
