Role Overview

You will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Adyen’s global Support technology stack, which serves over 200 Support Engineers worldwide. This role is about managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on automation, AI adoption, and system improvements to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the Support organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Become the expert on Support’s internal tools and technology platforms, driving tooling strategy and AI/automation adoption
• Serve as the main point of contact for all tool-related projects, ensuring system reliability and adoption
• Gather and translate technical product requirements for new and existing tools
• Align cross-team projects through effective planning and roadmap prioritization
• Identify risks and dependencies in projects and lead User Acceptance Testing
• Manage change processes and vendor relationships related to Support infrastructure
• Influence and guide teams to adopt new workflows that leverage the technology stack fully

Who You Are

• 5+ years leading complex technical projects, preferably in Support or Operations environments
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce ServiceCloud (customization & integration) — mandatory
• Experience implementing Machine Learning/AI in customer-facing contexts
• Skilled at translating business needs into clear technical requirements
• Able to influence diverse stakeholders across cultures and timezones
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
