✔ Own End-to-End Hiring: Manage full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance

✔ Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with international leaders to understand hiring needs and improve processes

✔ Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate experience

✔ Scale Recruitment: Develop innovative strategies to attract hard-to-find engineering talent

✅ What We Look For

• 3+ years technical recruiting experience (tech company or agency)
• Proven track record closing difficult-to-fill engineering roles
• Experience building recruiting processes in global markets
• Deep knowledge of full candidate lifecycle (sourcing to closing)
• Innovative approach to talent engagement and pipelining
• Ability to work effectively across time zones in a distributed environment
• Passion for crypto/blockchain technology (strong plus)
