This position is on Coinbase’s world-class recruiting team and will focus on hiring technical roles across international markets. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle while helping the company scale in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

• Full-cycle recruitment: From intake to offer
• Build and manage diverse pipelines with support from sourcing and research teams
• Partner with international leaders to align hiring needs
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and interviewer experience
• Track hiring data and use insights to improve recruiting performance
• Innovate and build scalable recruiting processes
• Lead or support pilot hiring projects
