Are you passionate about crypto and blockchain technology? Coinbase is looking for a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to join their Developer Platform (CDP) team. This role provides operational, architectural, and integration support, ensuring seamless onboarding and troubleshooting for developers using CDP APIs, SDKs, and other technical products.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead integration & onboarding of developers to CDP products (APIs, SDKs).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues through logs, code reviews, and reproduction.
• Provide on-call support for developer queries and during hackathons.
• Author technical documentation (runbooks, troubleshooting guides, code samples).
• Offer technical advisory support to developers.
• Design scalable integration solutions and implement best practices.
• Analyze feedback and identify trends to improve the developer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to drive product enhancements.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years in technical roles such as software engineering, solutions architecture, or Technical Account Management.
• Deep technical knowledge of SDKs, REST APIs, and debugging in Linux/Unix.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Javascript & Python (experience with Java and C# a plus).
• Strong system design skills and ability to provide guidance on integration best practices.
• Excellent communication skills (technical writing and verbal communication).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Full-stack development experience (2+ years).
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies (Ethereum, L2s) and web3 development.
• Developer relations or working in developer communities.
