🔹 Role: Technical Support Engineer
📍 Location: Amsterdam (office-first, 3 days/week minimum)
🕒 Type: Full-time
🌍 Team: Global Merchant Support
🔹 About the Role
Serve as a key technical contact for Adyen's merchants globally. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide integrations, and ensure smooth operation of the Adyen platform, directly influencing merchant success and payment performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to global merchants
- Troubleshoot APIs and web-stack issues (Postman, HTML, JavaScript)
- Offer implementation advice and best practices
- Act as a bridge between merchants and internal teams, reporting bugs and improvements
- Support full merchant lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing growth
🔹 Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator (English) with a customer-first mindset
- Problem-solver with technical affinity (APIs, Postman, scripting, internet protocols)
- Adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Previous experience in tech support or fast-paced environments
- Thrives under pressure and skilled at task prioritization
