Description:
Adyen is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to global merchants using its platform. You will troubleshoot APIs, advise on best practices, and serve as a key link between customers and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert on Adyen’s platform, APIs, and web technologies
- Support merchants through the full lifecycle, from onboarding to issue resolution
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide API-level guidance
- Communicate product feedback and technical insights internally
- Occasionally participate in a rotating schedule for weekend and holiday coverage
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with APIs, Postman, HTML, JavaScript, and general scripting
- Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to change
- Self-driven and comfortable in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
