Microsoft is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex technical issues, drive customer success, and enhance problem-solving skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate cases that require advanced technical or strategic support.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the customer and engineer experience, including automation and self-help tools.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Lead or participate in building communities with peer roles and contribute to case deflection initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of prior experience in product/technical support.
• Technical expertise in Azure, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, and Identity Management.
• Experience in troubleshooting enterprise environments with 1000+ users.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure MFA, and O365.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting in Windows environments.
• Strong foundation in networking, PKI, DNS, and Virtualization.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Desirable Skills:

• Azure certification (e.g., Azure 533).
• Familiarity with Exchange Online and AADConnect technologies.
• Additional technology certifications (Cisco, Unix, Security) are a plus.
