About the Role

CoinDCX is looking for a Telecalling Executive to help bridge the gap between traditional finance and the crypto world. You’ll be responsible for converting equity and derivatives traders into active participants in the crypto futures market. This is a high-impact, target-driven role focused on outreach, education, and onboarding of new users.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects from the equity derivatives space
• Educate and persuade leads about crypto futures trading benefits
• Handle queries on account setup, trading platforms, and risk
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet conversion targets
• Stay updated on crypto trends, regulations, and futures strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services (especially trading/advisory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of equity derivatives and crypto is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident with client handling
• Prior work with brokers/sub-brokers is preferred
