Role: Telecalling Executive – Equity to Crypto Conversion

What the Job Involves:

• Make outbound calls targeting traders from the equity derivatives market.
• Educate and convert them into active crypto futures traders.
• Explain crypto futures benefits, trading strategies, market trends, and platform features.
• Handle queries about account setup, platform usage, and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing traders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet conversion targets.
• Keep updated on crypto trends, regulations, and strategies.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, trading advisory, or financial services.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a focus on results.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of equity derivatives, futures trading, cryptocurrencies.
• Background in equity broker/sub-broker firms.
