Job Description:

The Temporary Data Entry Representative will support the Unlicensed Flex team in the Unlicensed Service Department. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The key tasks include completing back-office processes, communicating with clients and agents, reviewing policies, and processing mail. You will need to meet personal and team production and accuracy targets.

Responsibilities:

• Complete various back-office tasks and processes.
• Communicate and follow up with clients/agents as needed.
• Review and update policies.
• Process miscellaneous mail.
• Meet personal and team production and accuracy targets.

Qualifications:

• Typing Speed: Must type at least 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office products.
• Independent Work: Ability to work well independently.
• Team Environment: Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, team-oriented setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client Service: Ability to provide a high level of client service.
• Attendance: Consistent attendance is essential.

Other Details:

• This is an in-office role at Hagerty’s Traverse City, MI location.
• Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and key regulations may be beneficial, though not required.
