About the Role

Forbes is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the implementation of a new agreement for 2,000+ editorial contributors using Salesforce and related applications. This role involves managing contracts, tracking adoption progress, communicating with contributors, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

📑 Serve as Project Manager for the contract amendment process for 2,000+ contributors.

✉️ Distribute contract amendments and manage communications via Salesforce.

📊 Track contract adoption progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders.

🤝 Communicate with contributors, addressing questions about contracts and billing.

📂 Support editors in onboarding new contributors and updating contract amendments.

🗂️ Maintain contract documentation and archives for accessibility.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

✅ Exceptional project management skills.

✅ Experience using Salesforce CRM.

✅ Strong communication skills for interacting with contributors and internal teams.

✅ Client and customer support experience.

✅ Experience with technical documentation and training initiatives (a plus).

Compensation & Work Environment

💰 Hourly Rate: $27.00

🏡 Work Model: Hybrid / Fully Remote (U.S. candidates only).

🌎 Eligible States: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA.
