Join our dynamic E-Commerce Strategy team and dive deep into market analytics that drive TikTok Shop’s growth. Help bring discovery and joy back to shopping while supporting strategic decision-making with data.

📊 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchant operations.
• Drive insights on merchant growth, content performance, and user behavior trends.
• Monitor operating metrics and set short/long-term targets.
• Build and maintain a KPI system with real-time tracking.
• Generate reports that inform strategic planning and operations.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend strategic actions based on market and data insights.

🎯 Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, tech, or e-commerce.
• Strong background in strategic, business, or operational analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Clear communicator and strong cross-functional collaborator.
• Familiar with external market/credit databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python, Tableau, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of GMV target setting and market research.
• Background in finance, investment research, or corporate strategy.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
