About the Role

As part of the TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team, this role is designed to lead the recruitment, management, and growth of Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) within TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing strategies to help MCNs activate, uplift, and retain creators, driving success within TikTok’s rapidly growing e-commerce platform.

You will work closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams to drive business development, optimize product offerings, and develop monetization strategies for MCNs.

Key Responsibilities

• MCN Recruitment & Management: Recruit, support, and manage MCNs. Develop short- and long-term strategies to help MCNs identify, activate, and retain creators within the TikTok platform.
• Agency Partner Relations: Establish professional cooperation mechanisms with agency partners to drive their development and growth on TikTok. Work with the seller team to optimize MCN product pools and assist with affiliate assortment.
• Business Development & Cross-Industry Cooperation: Leverage resources to drive cross-border marketing and business development, focusing on enhancing MCN growth and developing new monetization models for them.
• Daily Operations: Support agencies with daily operations, creating effective coordination mechanisms with cross-functional teams (XFN). Expand MCN assortments and improve operational regulations.
• Strategic Planning & Data Analysis: Utilize data to develop strategies, conduct analysis, and ensure MCNs achieve growth targets. Report on outcomes and summarize insights for future planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, optimize campaigns, and maximize the reach and impact of MCNs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in e-commerce business, Affiliate/MCN industry, or a related field.
• Industry Insight: Strong understanding of KOL/MCN trends with experience in working with celebrities, macro KOLs, or related livestream experiences.
• Business & Negotiation Skills: Excellent relationship management skills with strong negotiation capabilities, able to align internal resources and collaborate with senior managers of external partners.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of collaboration and learning ability.
• Data Management: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making with excellent reporting and summarizing skills.
• Result-Oriented: Focus on achieving measurable business results and driving continuous growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Brands: Experience working on the brand side or familiarity with brand-side operations and product management.
• Livestream & Social Media Expertise: Experience working with livestreams and social media, including content creation, strategy, and data analysis.
