Required:

• 4+ years in financial services, crypto, legal, or tech (TMS/compliance/regulatory focus)
• Experience with SAR narrative drafting & filing
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC
• Google Sheets/Docs, Excel/Word skills
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced 24/7 environment

Nice to Have:

• CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification
• Project management, analytics, or vendor management experience
• Advanced degree in business/finance/customer experience
• Tools like JIRA, Hummingbird, Salesforce Service Cloud
