🎯 Role Overview

As a TMS Compliance Analyst III within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for end-to-end transaction monitoring investigations. This includes analyzing alerts, conducting KYC reviews, and drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). You'll work with cross-functional teams and help ensure Coinbase remains compliant with BSA/AML and other global regulations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automated alerts and referrals related to BSA/AML compliance.
• Analyze transaction activity, KYC information, and external research data.
• Document investigations in clear and compliant written narratives.
• Recommend escalation or SAR filing when warranted.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all investigations.
• Stay current on global regulatory developments and adapt procedures accordingly.
• Incorporate feedback from the Quality Assurance team.
• Operate in a 24/7 support environment as needed.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or compliance roles.
• Experience in SAR narrative drafting and filing.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to support a 24x7 work environment.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CAMS, CFCS, or CFE.
• Project management, analytics, or vendor management experience.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience (CX).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, Hummingbird, and Google Workspace.
• Experience working with external vendors or BPO partners.

💰 Compensation

Annual Salary: ₹1,259,200 INR

Includes base pay, target bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision).
