TMS Compliance Analyst III

Location: Remote (United States) | Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

Coinbase is seeking a TMS Compliance Analyst III to support the compliance team in detecting financial crime and regulatory risks. You’ll conduct end-to-end transaction monitoring investigations, analyze suspicious activity, and help ensure BSA/AML and OFAC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate transaction alerts using internal systems
• Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and document findings
• Analyze KYC data, user behavior, and external tools to assess legitimacy
• Apply regulatory requirements and Coinbase procedures
• Collaborate with QA and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in compliance, investigations, or financial services
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, and fast-paced environments
• Willingness to support a 24/7 operation

Preferred:

• CAMS, CFCS, CFE certifications
• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and outsourced vendors
