📌 Position: TMS Quality Compliance Analyst III

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site)

🚀 Role Overview:

• Part of Coinbase’s CX Compliance team focusing on maintaining high standards for customer investigations.
• Conduct quality reviews of investigations related to AML, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Risk Service line leaders and support functions.
• Provide feedback and continuous improvement for compliance processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze investigations related to BSA/AML compliance, including transaction monitoring alerts and law enforcement referrals.
• Conduct due diligence on transaction activity and KYC information.
• Document investigations thoroughly with clear narratives.
• Incorporate feedback from the Quality Assurance team.
• Maintain compliance documentation and stay updated on industry regulations (KYC, BSA/AML, OFAC).
• Investigate and decide on alerts per Coinbase procedures.
• Support a 24/7 operational environment, including possible weekend and night shifts.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or tech industry focusing on AML, compliance, or regulatory matters.
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality review and control frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, Word.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

🌟 Nice to Haves:

• Professional certifications like CAMS, CFCS, CFE.
• Experience in project management, analytics, or vendor management.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience.
• Familiarity with Google apps, JIRA, Hummingbird, Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience working with external outsource partners.

• Must be willing to work shifts supporting 24/7 cryptocurrency operations, including nights and weekends.
