Crypto.com is looking for a Trading Risk Manager to join our Quant Trading Team in Seoul. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced in risk management within quantitative trading environments, who are passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain.

What You’ll Do:

🚨 Risk Management Strategy: Lead the development and execution of risk management strategies for the Korea Trading Business.

📊 Quantitative Analytics: Develop a deep understanding of trading strategies and implement appropriate risk metrics to monitor and report trading performance.

⚠️ Risk Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor real-time risk exposures, enforce risk limits, and address breaches by coordinating with trading desks and recommending mitigation strategies.

📜 Compliance & Policy Development: Create policies and procedures for assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

🧑‍💻 Risk Modeling Tools: Collaborate with quant developers to design risk modeling tools and dashboards for real-time monitoring of trading risks.

📅 Regulatory Reporting: Regularly report to the FSS and other financial authorities, handling audit responses and regulatory inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education: Degree in a quantitative discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM are an added advantage.

💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in a quantitative trading firm, investment bank, or hedge fund.

🛠️ Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in developing risk management procedures and building risk monitoring tools. Proficient in Python and SQL (knowledge of other programming languages is a plus).

🗣️ Communication: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

💡 Passion for Crypto: A keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.

🇰🇷 Language Skills: Native Korean proficiency required.
