🧩 Role Overview

Join our Quant Trading Team, which focuses on high-speed trading and risk management for various crypto products—including spot and derivatives. As a Trading Support Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting real-time trading operations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and collaborating closely with traders, developers, and risk managers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time risk, P&L, funding, and system health statuses.
• Support daily operations related to:
• Trading hedging
• Reporting
• Parameter updates
• Conduct post-trade analysis to evaluate trading strategies and algorithm performance.
• Improve operational efficiency by optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with quant traders, developers, and risk managers to enhance:
• Pricing logic
• Execution mechanisms
• Booking accuracy

✅ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering) from a top-tier global university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a trading or trading support role.
• Exposure to Python and willingness to enhance programming skills.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
