About the VIP & Institutional Team

This division serves Binance’s most valued clients, including:

• High-frequency traders (HFTs)
• Hedge funds and asset managers
• Brokers, banks, fintech firms, and corporates

The team delivers personalized, high-level support and services to institutional clients, helping them navigate Binance’s full ecosystem efficiently.

Role Overview

As a Trading Support Specialist, you will act as the primary contact for VIP and institutional clients in Latin America. Your responsibilities will include handling trading-related support, technical guidance (especially around APIs), and acting as a liaison between clients and Binance’s internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP & institutional clients in LATAM.
• Provide timely and expert support across Binance products and systems via chat, email, or other channels.
• Assist clients in integrating Binance’s trading infrastructure (especially API-based tools).
• Troubleshoot technical and account issues, escalating when needed.
• Act as the client voice internally, advocating for feature changes or improvements.
• Keep clients informed about product and system updates that may impact their trading operations.
• Participate in on-call support rotations, as required.
