What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale a global transaction monitoring team across jurisdictions.
• Deliver strategic oversight of AML operations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Mentor and develop compliance professionals across all regions.
• Lead investigations, escalate key findings, and present to senior leadership.
• Oversee compliance reporting, audit responses, and continuous control enhancements.
• Drive innovation in transaction monitoring systems and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business operations.
• Stay ahead of global regulations and emerging financial crime trends in crypto.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in compliance, with 5+ years leading global transaction monitoring teams.
• Strong AML regulatory knowledge and investigation experience.
• Experience with crypto on-chain monitoring tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic) a big plus.
• Operational leadership and team-building prowess.
• Sharp communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Industry certifications (CAMS, CFE, etc.) preferred.
