Role Summary

As a Treasury Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing Binance’s liquidity, banking relationships, and cash flow across multiple currencies and global jurisdictions. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams and propose strategic improvements to optimize the company’s treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze cash flow forecasts and liquidity positions.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal, and business teams to build funding strategies.
• Monitor multi-currency cash balances to ensure liquidity compliance.
• Execute accurate and timely wire transfers.
• Recommend tools for idle cash optimization and investment.
• Manage the opening, closing, and administration of bank accounts.
• Maintain approval matrices and user access controls on local bank systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international banks.
• Review and negotiate bank fees for cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of treasury and liquidity management experience in an MNC or financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, wire transfers, and liquidity strategies.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), and related tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
• Must be based in Luxembourg.
