Responsibilities

• Design & Refine: Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our decentralized application (dApp), Telegram Trading Bot, and API dashboard.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design System Management: Maintain a consistent design system across all products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to align design with functionality and enhance user experience.
• Optimization: Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for both web and mobile platforms.
• Blockchain UX Considerations: Balance aesthetics, performance, and blockchain-specific UX challenges, such as wallet integrations and transaction flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within Web3, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency in Figma and other UI/UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user psychology.
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers to bring designs to life.
• Ability to design for complex financial applications with data-heavy interfaces.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions to improve user engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for Web3 applications and DeFi platforms.
• Familiarity with blockchain UX challenges, including wallet integrations and transaction flows.
