Team: University Talent Acquisition

The University Talent Acquisition team focuses on building STEM talent from universities worldwide, recruiting top-tier candidates for roles across DRW. As the University Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process, from creating job postings to managing interviews and onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Full-Cycle University Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from position descriptions to onboarding for university hires.
• Creative Recruiting Strategies: Identify impactful and cost-effective strategies to reach top STEM university students and make an impact on campuses globally.
• On-Campus Representation: Act as a DRW ambassador on university campuses, marketing opportunities and building relationships.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to devise effective interviewing and offer strategies.
• Recruitment Coordination: Work closely with Recruiting Coordinators to streamline job postings, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
• Applicant Tracking: Track interview and candidate activities, maintaining data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System.

Required Skills & Experience

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor's degree

💼 Experience:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a technology-driven industry.
• Experience with university recruitment or in fast-paced environments is a plus.

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel (and web-based systems).
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

🧠 Soft Skills:

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative and sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and have a customer-oriented mindset.

🌍 Travel:

• Willingness to travel extensively to core universities during peak recruitment cycles.

What We Offer

• Annual Base Salary: $80,000 to $125,000 (dependent on experience)
• Annual Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus
