Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Vendor Manager to oversee third-party vendors supporting Coinbase’s Consumer Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. This role is essential in ensuring vendors meet performance, compliance, and operational standards while aligning with Coinbase’s quality and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance and relationships of BPO vendors
• Analyze data to generate insights and drive improvements
• Ensure vendor compliance with Coinbase’s policies and contracts
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to solve performance issues
• Oversee key partner metrics (e.g., CSAT, FCR, quality, attrition)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities
• Travel 30–40% as required

Requirements:

• 3+ years in vendor management or consumer operations
• BPO or financial services background
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects
• Knowledge of industry best practices

Preferred:

• BI tools (Looker, Salesforce), SQL
• Six Sigma or PMP certification
• Interest in or experience with cryptocurrency
