About the Role: VIP & Institutional Marketing Lead
This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with experience in financial or crypto institutions. As the VIP & Institutional Marketing Lead, you’ll spearhead strategic campaigns and initiatives tailored to Binance’s high-value clientele, including hedge funds, trading firms, family offices, and fintech companies. You'll play a critical role in enhancing Binance’s visibility and engagement with VIP and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of VIP & Institutional marketing initiatives to position Binance as the premier digital asset platform for institutional clients.
- Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Legal, PR, etc.).
- Manage social media strategies (especially on X and LinkedIn), build an engaging VIP presence, and grow community interaction.
- Oversee planning for offline events and activations, including flagship events, agendas, and promotional materials.
- Integrate lifecycle marketing, paid advertising, and SEO into a holistic growth plan to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Create and maintain educational and sales enablement content for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate on PR efforts to promote key VIP initiatives and maintain brand visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in product or institutional marketing within traditional finance or crypto sectors.
- Demonstrated success in executing high-impact marketing campaigns and GTM strategies for institutional client segments.
- Deep knowledge of the digital asset industry, including institutional client needs, product offerings, and market trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills – capable of working across global, diverse teams.
- Experience in managing and growing social media platforms tailored to professional audiences (e.g., X, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
