Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of VIP and Liquidity Provider programs by utilizing data to assess key business metrics and results
• Identify and gather improvement requirements for VIP and Liquidity Provider Programs and manage their change lifecycle
• Enhance presentation materials for VIP and Liquidity Provider Programs to ensure clarity and impact
• Track and analyze client behavior and trading stats to uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the growth, marketing, and product teams to devise strategies for expanding the VIP and institutional client base
• Write detailed customer analysis reports for key clients to aid decision-making and strategy formulation

Requirements

• Proven experience working at an exchange, brokerage, or similar trading intermediary
• Strong understanding of market liquidity and fee structures in both crypto and traditional financial markets
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing product changes, from gathering requirements to implementing product updates and announcements
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated work environment with the ability to perform under pressure
• Passion for the crypto industry; experience within the crypto space is highly preferred
