• Position: VIP PM / Middle Office Specialist
• Location: Singapore (Remote)
• Team: Binance VIP & Institutional
• Focus: Drive program performance, product changes, and strategic reporting for high-value clients and liquidity providers

🧰 Key Responsibilities

1. Program Performance Monitoring

• Analyze performance of VIP and Liquidity Provider programs
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies

1. Product & Process Improvements

• Gather business requirements
• Manage product lifecycle changes (from requirement gathering to announcement)

1. Client Insights & Growth Strategy

• Analyze client behavior and trading stats
• Generate insights to inform strategy (in coordination with marketing/growth teams)

1. Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare presentations and client analysis reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Growth, Marketing)
