🎯 Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance of VIP and Liquidity Provider programs using data and KPIs.
• Manage program improvements, including gathering requirements and overseeing the change lifecycle.
• Enhance presentation materials for VIP/Liquidity programs.
• Track client behavior and trading stats to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise and collaborate on growth strategies with marketing, product, and growth teams.
• Draft client-specific analysis reports for key accounts.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience at a crypto exchange, broker, or similar financial trading intermediary.
• Deep understanding of market liquidity and fee structures in crypto or traditional markets.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing product lifecycle changes from requirements to launch.
• Self-motivated, thrives under pressure, fast-paced work ethic.
• Passionate about crypto; industry experience is a plus.
