About the Role

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Wallet Operations Specialist to coordinate wallet operations, manage projects, and ensure the successful resolution of wallet issues. This position involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), improve team efficiency, and resolve user issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs, ensuring that wallet operations and project targets are met within timelines.
• Efficiency Improvements: Assist in implementing workflows and guidelines to enhance team efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Investigate user issues, provide solutions, and manage wallet issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Business Demand Analysis: Investigate and provide overall solutions for business demands.
• Collaboration: Work with the team to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or management consulting.
• Solid understanding of financial and blockchain trading businesses.
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
• Self-driven, quick learner, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Responsible and highly motivated to take on challenges.
