Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet defined KPIs.
Assist team leads in implementing structured workflows, process guidelines, and enhancing team efficiency.
Monitor and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring milestones are met within deadlines.
Resolve wallet-related operational issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Investigate business requirements, provide holistic solutions, and lead implementation.
Analyze user-reported issues and propose actionable solutions.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or management consulting.
Solid understanding of financial services or blockchain/cryptocurrency trading.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills with a self-driven and fast-learning mindset.
High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to perform under pressure.
