🔹 Key Responsibilities

As a Wallet Operations Specialist, you’ll be in the middle of one of the most sensitive and mission-critical domains at Binance — wallet and fund operations. Your work will impact user experience, fund security, and internal efficiency.

Your main duties include:

• 🧩 Cross-functional coordination: Work with internal/external stakeholders to meet wallet operations KPIs
• ⚙️ Workflow optimization: Help implement structured processes and enhance team performance
• 📅 Project lifecycle management: Monitor execution from start to finish and ensure timelines are met
• 🔍 Issue resolution: Monitor wallet issues, troubleshoot, and liaise with relevant parties
• 🧠 Problem-solving: Investigate operational issues and propose/execute technical or procedural solutions
• 📊 User-focused analysis: Examine recurring user pain points and optimize internal tooling or support flows
• 📝 Ad-hoc tasks: Tackle special assignments as delegated by the team lead
