🚀 What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end web project management for discord.com, from design to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, creative, legal, and more.
• Manage both the technical (front & back-end) and content-side of the CMS/Webflow stack.
• Identify and resolve web functionality, performance, or UX issues, including SEO and page speed optimizations.
• Collaborate with internal and external contributors for design, development, and content needs.

✅ Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing websites and digital content.
• Proficiency in Webflow, including:
• Advanced use of styles, CMS features, animations, and interactions.
• Custom code integration, third-party embeds, forms, and responsive design.
• Optimization: image compression, minified JS/CSS, use of CDNs.
• Strong project management tools experience (Notion, Asana, etc.).
• Familiarity with cross-functional web workflows and team collaboration.
• Clear and empathetic communicator—especially when influencing across departments.

• Understanding of fandoms, subcultures, or gaming communities.
• Background in creative content production (SEO, design, copywriting).
• Experience in scaling websites with a large user base or global audience.
