🔹 Role: Workplace Operations Manager
📍 Location: Chicago, IL (on-site)
💼 Type: Full-time
💰 Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000/year
🔹 Overview
You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of Adyen’s Chicago office, ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming workplace experience for employees, guests, and stakeholders. This includes vendor management, space planning, office culture, and internal events—while also partnering with global and regional teams to keep things aligned.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Oversee all Chicago office operations: facilities, catering, reception, custodial, vendors
- Partner with IT, HR, Onboarding, Events, and Global Workplace teams
- Support employee onboarding, space planning (MAC), and culture-building
- Ensure visitor management and building safety compliance
- Communicate with property management and landlords
- Manage workplace-related budgets and costs
- Coordinate with regional (NA and LATAM) workplace leads
- Promote employee engagement and collaboration through environment and experience
🔹 Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in office or facilities management
- Strategic thinker who can make quick, informed decisions
- Strong communicator across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with project management skills
- Experience with vendor and budget management
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
