• Location: On-site at Discord HQ in San Francisco, CA (relocation required if not currently in Bay Area)
• Compensation: $100,000–$112,000 base + equity + benefits
• Function: Optimize how Discord's office space is used, making it more effective, inclusive, and fun, using data.

🎯 Primary Responsibilities

• Analytics Strategy:
• Own tools and systems that track office occupancy, space utilization, and engagement (e.g., sensors, badge data, etc.)
• Use tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or others to build dashboards and actionable reports.
• Storytelling with Data:
• Translate complex data into accessible, playful internal communications (e.g., fun recycling stats, usage trends).
• Operational Support:
• Help with events, vendor management, and general day-to-day office operations.
• Respond to employee support tickets and maintain a comfortable office environment.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• 4+ years in workplace support, operations, or office management.
• Technical/Analytical Skills:
• Strong with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiar with platforms like Envoy, VergeSense, Density, or similar for tracking physical space usage.
• Soft Skills:
• Great communicator—can turn charts and metrics into engaging, human-centric updates.
• Comfortable blending creative storytelling with quantitative insight.
• Friendly and approachable—you're often the face of the workplace team to employees.

➕ Nice to Have

• Internal Comms or content experience (e.g., newsletters, dashboards, infographics).
• Vendor Management or Project Management experience.
• Multi-site support experience (if you’ve supported more than one office in the past).
