About The Team:
Join the Workplace & Employee Experience team at Fireblocks and help shape an organized, welcoming, and engaging office environment! The team is looking for a Workplace Specialist who will manage office operations, support employees and visitors, and contribute to a positive workplace experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in office administration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Front Desk & Office Operations:
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and assisting employees, visitors, and candidates.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Ensure office supplies are available and well-stocked.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, snacks, and maintenance requests.
Administrative & Event Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating company events.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Track office expenses and manage invoices.
- Organize employee travel arrangements.
Employee Experience & Onboarding:
- Help with onboarding new hires by assisting with their first-day setup and office orientation.
- Organize employee engagement activities (happy hours, company events, gifting programs).
- Ensure workplace security by managing visitor logs and issuing employee badges.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a problem-solving approach.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
