About the Team
The Customer Service team at Binance is dedicated to delivering top-tier support through fast response times and accurate information. Our goal is to provide seamless assistance to users via live chat and ticketing systems, addressing customer queries, complaints, and identity verification processes. We seek empathetic, communicative, and problem-solving professionals who can advocate for our users while gathering valuable feedback to improve our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support via live chat and other online tools to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
- Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely information to users.
- Follow communication guidelines, procedures, and policies to maintain high service standards.
- Assist cross-functional teams by documenting customer requests and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, offering proper solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and build positive relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
- College degree or above in a relevant field.
- Native-level fluency in French and advanced proficiency in English (to support international users).
- Experience in cross-functional support is a plus.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and exceed expectations.
- Passionate about the customer service industry and adaptable to rotational work shifts.
- Positive attitude towards the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
