📋 Associate Client Order Coordinator (Processor)

Location: Wilmington, DE (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM (both shifts available)

Level: Entry level

Role Overview

You’ll support corporate filings (incorporations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions) and manage client orders while providing excellent customer service. The role involves multitasking, strong communication, and working with legal documents and multiple databases.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent service to internal and external clients
• Follow up on orders and respond promptly to inquiries
• Organize workload to meet deadlines and customer expectations
• Suggest process improvements
• Prepare and submit client forms following quality standards
• Research and analyze legal documents
• Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately
• Help grow existing client business through outstanding service
