Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Construction Manager with at least 8 years of construction field experience, particularly in commercial real estate projects like data centers. The role requires a strong client-facing presence and full responsibility for project delivery from inception to commissioning. On-site presence is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Site Management:

• Coordinate with general contractor, architect, engineers, and vendors on site design, layout, and construction
• Lead Turner & Townsend’s site project team under client direction
• Conduct constructability reviews, risk reporting, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Design Phase Support:

• Contribute to value engineering, procurement planning, and risk mitigation
• Assist in preparing RFPs for contractors and commissioning agents
• Review design/construction documents and baseline schedules

Construction Phase & Commissioning:

• Monitor and review general contractor and subcontractor schedules and progress
• Attend daily site and project meetings, manage issue tracking and punch lists
• Support inspections, testing, and handover to operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years project/construction management experience
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• OSHA certification required
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple teams
