Salary Range: $156,000 - $214,500 USD per year + Bonus/Equity/Benefits

Role Overview

You’ll lead advanced analytics efforts to drive product success, shaping ZoomInfo’s product analytics strategy. Acting as a strategic partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you’ll uncover deep customer insights, optimize product performance, and influence business decisions through data-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, product adoption, and retention
• Develop scalable insights and reporting aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate diverse data sources and enhance analytics
• Manage end-to-end analytical projects: data extraction, transformation, visualization, and recommendations
• Translate complex data into actionable narratives for senior leadership
• Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, and hypothesis testing frameworks
• Advance self-service analytics and upskill junior analysts

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years professional experience, with 6+ years in product analytics, BI, or data science in SaaS/tech
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for statistical analysis and modeling
• Experience with product performance analytics, user behavior, and experimentation
• Strong ability to communicate complex quantitative insights to diverse audiences
• Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sisense
• Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude preferred
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
