Location: Sizewell, England, UK (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in the Power sector (Distribution, Transmission, Renewables, or similar technologies). The role focuses on cost management and contract administration to support the successful delivery of ambitious energy projects. You will work closely with clients and contractors to manage costs, forecast budgets, handle contract changes, and ensure best practices in governance and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer contracts aligned with project policies and objectives
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to project completion
• Manage cost variances and contract cash flows proactively
• Collaborate on programme performance, KPIs, cost control, and value engineering
• Lead effective contract change management to maintain governance and project goals
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and budgeting

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred
• Professional membership (or working towards) in a relevant body preferred
• Experience with contract management (NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred)
