🛠 What You’ll Do

• Design and ship high-conversion web pages (desktop and responsive)
• Collaborate with growth marketing, product managers, SEO, and developers
• Optimize UX using A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics
• Contribute to visual system improvements, motion, and micro-interactions
• Ensure clean Figma specs, dev handoff, and QA before launch

📌 What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in web/product/marketing design
• A portfolio showing quantifiable conversion improvements (include metrics!)
• Expert-level Figma skills — components, prototyping, libraries
• Deep understanding of UX, hierarchy, SEO, lead-gen flows, Core Web Vitals
• Willingness to occasionally work with U.S. teams during tight deadlines
• Bonus for: motion/animation, Gen-AI tools, code literacy
