Responsibilities:

• Lead the Compliance product team, oversee product performance, manage incidents, and identify areas for improvement for both existing and new compliance solutions.
• Collaborate with Compliance teams and internal stakeholders to develop world-class Compliance product solutions.
• Track key product metrics to evaluate and improve Compliance product performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues promptly.
• Supervise project progression and ensure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on the latest status.
• Develop processes and procedures for regulator product operations, incident management, reporting, and communication.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in product development, with proven exposure to Compliance-related product management, ideally in the Finance or Technology industry.
• At least 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of Compliance, Anti-money Laundering (AML), and Transaction Monitoring.
• Proven track record in launching Compliance product features.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Agile development and data analysis.
